What is whole body Cryotherapy (WBC)?

Whole body cryotherapy is a treatment that exposes the body to extreme cold, dry air in a specialized chamber for a few minutes. The intensity of the cold air causes a ‘fight’ or ‘flight’ response from the body, triggering it to send blood to the core to reheat and warm itself and then back to the rest of the body, enriched with nutrients and oxygen.
